Job description
- ดูแลระบบหลังบ้าน เช่น Web, Web Application, Mobile Application, Server
- รับเรื่องและให้ความช่วยเหลือ User เบื้องต้น ในกรณี User แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบ Database
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปงานและปัญหาี่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละวัน
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกียวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรับผิดชอบ มีวินัย มีความซื่อสัตย์
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
- สามารถวางแผนงานและคิดเชิงระบบได้
