Nexmove Platform Recruitment Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Nexmove") respects the privacy for candidate. To ensure that candidate' personal data is protected, Nexmove has created this Privacy Policy to obtain consent for details related to the collection, use, disclosure, deletion, and destruction of candidates' personal data through both online and offline channels, as required by the Personal Data Protection Act., as follows:

- To ask the candidate for additional information about their job application or work history submitted to Nexmove so that Nexmove can send information about jobs that the candidate is interested in, including providing additional information about those jobs to the candidate accurately.
- To verify references and information from sources provided by the candidate.
- To enable Nexmove to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
- To improve Nexmove's services and job application website, such as user management, security, database auditing, and data theft prevention, including risk assessment.
- To serve as a privacy policy, to oversee privacy, and to set the terms and conditions for using the job application website, including the contract between Nexmove and the candidate.
- To be disclosed to Nexmove's partner companies to consider the candidate's work history for selection and employment purposes.
- To prevent and mitigate harm to the life, body, or health of employees or others, such as contacting in an emergency, controlling, and preventing communicable diseases.
1.1. Service Objectives under the Terms and Conditions
- To provide services to users and registered users as specified in Nexmove's terms and conditions, including but not limited to assisting in job search and facilitating job seekers' access to job positions.
- To disclose your information to advertisers for the purpose of offering suitable job positions to users.
- To verify the identity of users.
- To provide registered users with various benefits, such as participating in special events organized by Nexmove and/or its partners.
- To send newsletters, including job openings, to the contact information you have provided.

- Nexmove strives to collect only the personal data that is necessary, relevant, and appropriate for the purposes specified in this policy. If you are under 10 years old, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use our website. 4. Retention Period of Personal Data
4.1. Retention Period for Registered Users
Nexmove will store your data for as long as you remain a member of the website. Your data will be destroyed within 2 years after you cancel your membership.
4.2. Data Deletion Process
