Job description

- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the order fulfilment business management, including cater to customer with service, accept and process service order, and coordinate with HQ service team, logistics team, R&D to follow the material, production, shipping, custom clearance and local logistics.
- Management warehouse and service center stock level, ensure the customer demand are supplied in time, and avoid stock risk.
- Monitor the stock status, analyze and control the inventory of spare parts to keep it in an optimum level, promote the obsolete stock to be cleared up, ensure the inventory turnover can achieve target.
- Supplier Management, can set up effective KPI to lead warehouse and service center improve their operation and achieve our business goal.
Qualifications
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years above relevant experience in service, be familiar with spare parts, order fulfillment, logistics and so on.
- Be familiar with office-software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs
- Good communication in English and Chinese
