Job description
- Contact and coordinate with external government and private agencies involved in project operations.
- Plan construction projects, including plans, budgets, equipment, teams, and contractors to meet the specified time.
- Control and inspect the contractor's work to be in accordance with the model. Quality according to standards, operating according to contract strictly.
- Manage project costs, time, and budget to meet management's goals.
- Prepare Value Engineering ( value engineering ) of various construction works. and present to executives
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as design, purchasing, finance and accounting. Marketing and sales bank officer Government agencies in matters related to construction projects
- Assign work duties to subordinates. Ready to follow up and supervise operations and others assigned
- Manage project work , such as checking construction plans, transfer plans, and checking project progress reports, etc.
- Prepare and inspect documents related to construction work and various contractors. According to the ISO quality management system , including creating organized files in both soft copy & hard copy.
- Review and approve the main plans and sub-plans, monthly plans of various contractors to be in accordance with the contract. hire
- Prepare, inspect and approve the SHOP DRAWING form so that work is not interrupted. and achieve maximum efficiency
- Present new ideas and innovations in construction to management. and can be applied to the organization
- Coordinate and control construction quality inspection (QC) and prepare defect reports and collect defect work.
- Responsible for the process of inspecting customers' homes for transfer.
- Prepare various reports as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education/Field: Bachelor's - Master's Degree in Civil Engineering,
- 5-7 years of experience
- if working in real estate listed in the stock exchange. will be given special consideration
