Job description
- Control of inbound shipments from forwarder and verify before sign receipt on documents.
- Maintains data of materials received according to the purchasing orders and item number into Baan system.
- Prepare and issue Notice of Claim for damaged material to Forwarder within 7 days of arrived shipments.
- Verify all shipment discrepancies and take pictures for reference.
- Prepares and issues Print Claim notes of short materials.
- Control of MRB activity.
- Control of CMA/RMA and distribute on-hand report (Off System) to the concerned department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- New grads are welcomed
- Good command of English (Pre-Screening Interview in English)
- Leadership, Problem-solving, independence and target driven.
- Able to work at Ayudhaya Plant
