Job description
- Order receiving and management in system.
- Liaise with third party Transport companies.
- Coordinate with transportation team.
- Apply new instruction for warehouse operation.
- Ensure prompt & accurate stock receipt recording, filing & file stored away in the WMS.
- Ensure all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately in the WMS.
- Ensure proper stock rotation as per customer guidelines: FIFO / FIFO.
- Meet all key performance indicators & required service standards.
- Able to talk with operation in the warehouse Administration job.

Qualifications
- Minimum high vocational in any related discipline or
- Minimum experience 4-5 years in Logistics Field, especially in coordination within Warehouse and Transportation.
- Can demonstrate the ability to apply creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, and internet
- Strong networking and communication skills externally and internally
- Able to work under pressure.
- Fair in English
