Job description
- Prepare a stock report Semi-monthly, monthly, inventory balance summary Send to those involved
- Prepare a report on medicines close to their monthly expiration date and send them to relevant people.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on warehouse operations
- Set the Min Max of medicines and medical supplies and follow up regularly.
- Managing discrepancies, controlling the inspection, receiving, writing off, storing, and counting products in the warehouse for maximum efficiency.
- Solving immediate problems in cases where medicines or medical supplies are not sufficient for use.
- Prepare monthly operating results and KPIs, submit them to executives and review standards regularly.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies. Plan about purchasing requests Manage space and store medicines and medical supplies
- Manage and control the appropriate use of the warehouse department's space.
- Take care of the proper storage of medicines and medical supplies. Maintain the hygiene of the warehouse area.
- Take care of products in the warehouse in a condition ready for delivery to other departments.
- Cooperate with various departments to improve and develop inventory and various services.
- Control budgets of various departments
- Plan and allocate team resources appropriately.
- Participate in company activities as assigned. As well as encouraging employees in the agency to comply with various work regulations.
- Inspect drugs and medical supplies. Recall from the FDA in the case of undesired drugs and medical supplies.
- Check medicines and medical supplies that are temporarily out of stock from suppliers regularly.
- Other tasks as assigned.
