Job description
- Prepare new project budget together with QS.
- Review and approve the contractor's performance. Review drawings and contract attachments.
- Examine, follow up and give advice on analyzing budget usage.
- Assist, review, comment and coordinate with supervisors to minimize conflicts in the work.
- Give advice on matters. Construction drawings and construction techniques with supervisors and project managers.
- Check the quality of work and control the project budget. Be able to initiate new construction innovations. Effectively.
- Provide customer service. By providing engineering information and providing advice on related works. Designing, estimating prices and removing materials. Studying the feasibility of new projects.
Qualifications
- Male
- Age 30-45 years old
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree electrical engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in building system engineering supervision.
- If working as a developer before, a special consideration will be given.
- Have your own vehicle (car or motorcycle)
- If able to start work immediately, will be an advantage
