Job description
- Fix the basic operation system about the service of the company
- Support answering questions or consulting customers on Business and Technical matters.
- Prepare manuals or documents for testing the POC system, Production and Kick off Project, etc.
- Analyze customer problems Improve and present to the development team. to develop the system to meet the goals
Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering. or in related fields
- Age 22 - 27 years old (Welcome new graduates)
- have negotiation skills and have a passion for service
- Able to work under pressure
