Job description
- Providing technical support for the implementation of Microsoft 365 endpoint security
- Operation and manage communication issues between endpoints and the MDE Console
- Assist with implementing and responding to/remediated threats using Microsoft Defender for endpoint management and anti-malware services,
- Assist with implementing Microsoft for endpoint to detect threats, test, and support remediation efforts
- Collaborating with customer to deliver targeted remediation activities after cyber security incidents.
- Supporting day-to-day operation incident and change
- Support standby on-call support or remote support
- Support customers’ request and troubleshooting customer’s problems
Qualifications
- Experience with multiple OS platforms including Windows, Mac and Linux.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work.
- Understanding of cyber security products and concepts.
- Experience in a Security Operations Center role preferred.
- Experience in either security operations, security engineering and/or incident response.
- Knowledge in security and exploit/malware detection technologies, analysis
- knowledge & understanding of security principles surrounding Antivirus, EDR (Endpoint detection and response) and Threat Monitoring Procedures.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently, prioritize tasks accordingly whilst delivering accurate detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding and ability using standard Microsoft products (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) for build report to the customer.
