Job description
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and schedules with user departments and data center.
- Configure and manage Windows Server OS and Linux OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Group Policy, Anti-Virus, etc.
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain hardware, application software, multi-site network for LAN/WAN, network security infrastructure, router, firewall, CCTV, PABX, etc.
- Manage Company applications (SAP, Payroll, Attendance, and other applications)
- Manage the IT infrastructure operations and SAP system.
- Provide and manage IT service and support to the Company and affiliated companies.
- Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
- Other tasks as assigned Including orders, regulations, laws related to duties
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Management
- Good knowledge of IT Best Practices, IT Industry trends, and Helpdesk Operations.
- Eager to learn and adapt new ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attitude, responsible, and resourceful
- Prior experience in SAP administration would be a plus
