Job description

  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and schedules with user departments and data center.
  • Configure and manage Windows Server OS and Linux OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Group Policy, Anti-Virus, etc.
  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain hardware, application software, multi-site network for LAN/WAN, network security infrastructure, router, firewall, CCTV, PABX, etc.
  • Manage Company applications (SAP, Payroll, Attendance, and other applications)
  • Manage the IT infrastructure operations and SAP system.
  • Provide and manage IT service and support to the Company and affiliated companies.
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
  • Other tasks as assigned Including orders, regulations, laws related to duties

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Management
  • Good knowledge of IT Best Practices, IT Industry trends, and Helpdesk Operations.
  • Eager to learn and adapt new ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attitude, responsible, and resourceful
  • Prior experience in SAP administration would be a plus
