Job description
- Organizing the ink preparation process to serve the Printing line by matching the quality, color standard, and delivery time.
- Controlling ink and solvent consumption is an optimum use.
- Controlling inventory and organizing the stock location in good condition.
- Serving and organizing the printing line in part of ink preparation in good quality with color standard matching and good delivery time.
- Controlling ink storage to be in good and safe condition.
- Being able to work as internal storage control and coordinate with external staff for inventory part.
- Improving continuous efficiency, waste level of ink, and solvent consumption.
- Supporting the Pre-Print Department for new designs or special requirements.
- Handling problem defection and information gathering with regards to the problems and improvement in condition if required.
- Being responsible for joining, cooperating, and following all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Gifts Policy, Data Privacy, AcceptableUse Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health, and Safety.
- Handling other tasks as assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Have experience of at least 10 years in Printing technology, design preparation, and artwork in a multinational company.
- 5+ years of experience with Ink properties and usage / Liquid consumption.
- Engineering background is a plus.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Fair – good command of English.
