Job description
- Coordinate with the Call Center team in all job details as well as making a report summarizing the results of calls through the Call Center
- Coordinate and notify the results of reporting received from the Call Center team regarding complaints or other needs received from customers. for further improvement and development
- support information in marketing such as sales area number of users or others according to each agenda
- Prepare documents for use in meetings, take notes and summarize meetings. Every time the agency involved
- Looking for Supplier Manufacturers of premium products in order to get exactly the specification, quality, cheap price for distribution to the participants. according to the event that the Company participates in
- Is a coordinator, preparation and operation, such as premium purchases, Outsource/agency outsourcing, Partner contracting, etc.
- Taking care of product information and content in market Place (SHOPEE, LAZADA)
- take care and check the central email of the company.
Qualifications
- Gender male or female
- 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience as a coordinator
- Good skills in using MS OFFICE
- Able to use Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms well.
- Good coordination skills listen to the point The media is concise and straight to the point.
- Have a positive attitude love learning focus on success
- Detail-oriented, careful, dare to think, dare to express, dare to present
