Job description
- Planning and supervising the construction in the project according to the timeline as specified in the plan.
- Adjusting the work plan and controlling the construction plan in accordance with the plan.
- Coordinating with government agencies for flexibility in operations. of the project
- Apply for permission to obtain all types of licenses used in the construction business.
- Supervise and sign construction supervision to ensure that it meets professional standards
- Coordinate with designers to clear designs.
- Check the accuracy and suitability of the designs used in construction.
- Procure and select contractors participating in the construction bidding.
- Control and supervise construction personnel to work efficiently. and in the company's regulations
- Attend meetings and prepare a progress report to present to the project management meeting on a daily basis and time specified by the Company
Qualifications
- Gender Male
- Age 30 years and up
- Education level Bachelor's degree - Master's degree
- Experience 4 - 6 years
- Have a professional license (Sor.Por.)
