Job description

  • Assisting in managing and following up MP-N (2) operations, product prices, inventory, and weekly and monthly sales (more than x1 times per week).
  • Assisting in following up the retail platform operation landing actions: store product display, drawing prototypes and drawing design requirements, docking designers, updating store pictures according to the activity rhythm, etc. (x1 times per week)
  • Assisting in the landing of the MP-1 official flag to perform actions: new products on the market, price updates, etc. (more than x1 times per week)
  • Assisting to collect MP-N weekly/monthly sales volume, update inventory, PO audit, PO push order, PO delivery, etc. (more than 5 times per week)
  • Assisting MP-N to expand TTS and communicate resources with 3 platforms (every 2 weeks x 1 time).
  • Assisting in project initiation, contract creation, acceptance, payment and other processes in the CRM system (more than x1 times per week).
  • Assisting in managing MP-N & retail customer inventory, delivery, etc. (x1 times per month)
  • Assisting in processing MP-N & retail customer monthly incentive policy activity applications (x1 times per week).
  • Assisting in tracking the redemption and usage of MP-N & retail customer rebate amount (every 2 weeks x 1 times).
  • Assisting in collecting competitive brand prices, products and other information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of working experience in e-commerce platform management.
  • Responsible for the daily operation, inventory management, and customer service coordination.
  • Responsible for basic optimization and analyzing current issues based on product data collection, and making timely adjustments.
  • Plan and execute platform campaign activities for store promotion, including coordinating with platforms and communicating activity resource scheduling.
  • Responding to platform customer inquiries and handling shipping daily.
  • Excellence in command in Chinese or English Communication (both written and spoken).
  • Excellence in Good MS Office and especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
