Job description
- Support 8x5 at customer site
- Administrate FIM (File Intergrity Management) to be able to inspect and detect Abnormal Behavior Changing
- On Call Support system helpdesk
- Coordinate with SOC team and others to fix relat Security Incident
Qualifications
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Server Operating systems, Linux platform and experience with troubleshooting.
- Experience with system management tools and client/server environments.
- Adept at learning software application tools and technical troubleshooting skill.
- Windows Active Directory/GPO experience.
- Virtualization Technologies like VMware, VDI Technologies.
- Experience in implementation will be added advantage
- Able to work in a team
