Job description
- check control And manage the construction to meet the standards, specified specifications and completed on time.
- Verify all design data with the designer to ensure they match the fitment list.
- Control and inspect operations in accordance with the contract. or as assigned by the supervisor
- Check the construction/installation process (Method) of the contractor.
- Follow up on the progress of the work as agreed in the meeting of the construction unit. to ensure that the contractor has executed the plan
- Check the progress of the contractor/subcontractor's work. Compared with construction plans and reports to supervisors and employers.
- Control and inspect the contractor's performance to comply with standards. to protect the interests of the Company
- Implementation progress report and attend meetings on progress of various projects
- Weekly Report/Monthly Report
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- 28 years old or older
- Bachelor's degree or higher civil engineering (have professional license)
- Experienced in construction management of 8-storey buildings and above
- Have leadership, control and inspect the work of contractors and drive the construction work to go according to plan
- honest Able to solve immediate problems very well
- have flexibility in work Able to travel to different sites as assigned
