Job description
- Supervise and manage the Hunter team to work according to the goals.
- Analyze forecast weekly and monthly
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the planning team.
- Review information, documents and the performance of all team members.
- Supervise the assets of the company
- Prepare monthly reports/KPI data to present to the management.
- Train the skills of the team to work more efficiently
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Male, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 7 years of experience in food business in TT (contact sales representative)
- If doing Pre-sales, Cash Van, open trade would be an advantage
- Leadership skills, flair, good negotiation, service mind
- Good skills in using Ms Excel, PowerPoint
- Have a personal car that can be used for work
- Able to travel to work in other provinces (driving a car/flying) see from the appropriateness of the distance)
- Able to supervise a team in other provinces (4 people)
