Job description
- Receive customer calls to solve basic computer usage problems.
- Analyze, collect, record data to be a database for making reports.
- Refer the problem to related departments, follow up and close the job for the customer.
- Teaching and training are available. to learn how to work before actually doing the job
- Have welfare and social security.
- Not a sales job

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree computer engineering, information technology, computer science or other related
- Have computer problem solving skills
- Service-minded, skilled in grasping issues
- no experience needed
- Work 5 days, 2 days off/week
- Able to work in shifts (24 hour shift)**
