Job description
- Manage internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and all related implementations under BU - Life Insurance Group
- Understand End-to-End business process to identify business/ functional requirements from end user then translate /prepare a document to related party.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
- Providing possibilities of the solutions /options/ workaround on the issues encountered by end users for all projects/tasks related to BU.
- Working with the Project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on timeline, within scope and budgeting.
- Assist in performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with user.
- Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholder.
- Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Direct team members the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in any field.
