Job description
- Originate and implement business strategies, sales forecast, reports, budgets to achieve both sales targets and company's objectives.
- Develop and communicate proposal structure, pricing strategy, policies and processes to organization.
- Manage and deliver all related sales performance.
- Be responsible for new business and renewals sales revenue.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers to increase company's market share.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Higher with minimum 10years of experience in sales area and more than 8 years in senior management level.
- A proven track record in achieving sales target in the Telecoms and/or IT business (preferable in Government and State Enterprise sector).
- Excellent leadership and management skills with commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
- Recognized experience as head of sales, project selling, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- The ability to understand financial data.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills –English (listening, writing, presentation)
