Job description
- Coordinate between sales and marketing departments with customers from receiving orders until customers receive the products successfully.
- Process all documents related to sales and make no mistake
- Processing payment, collecting slips, recording daily income into the system, forwarding to relevant parties
- Coordinate delivery and after-sales customer service such as claims, tracking of goods product changes, etc. to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Develop yourself and your team to work more efficiently. meets the goals set by the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Management or related fields
- Used to manage more than 3 subordinates
- Working experience over 10 years
- Experience in sales coordination, sales administration, administrative work for 5 years or more
- Has the ability to record various sales data
- Able to make a sales report will consider specially
- Able to analyze problems/solutions and good at communicating
- Able to use Microsoft office programs and making presentations.
- Skills in managing sesame and subordinates
- Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, easy to understand, and able to communicate information exactly to the point and complete.
- Use ERP programs in the system well.

Has been the Aquarium fish exporter with quarantine station and Fish breeding since year 1968.
Establish White Crane (V.88) Aqua-Tech Co.,Ltd.in year 1988, manufacturer of Feed, Additives, Probiotic (beneficial bacteria) for aquarium fish, aquaculture market to both domestic and overseas.
Develop closed system (no water change) by using White Crane Probiotic throughout the whole cycle at White Crane Research & Development Center since year 1990. We later on publish to shrimp farmers domestic and overseas.
Develop and market Supplements from Probiotic and Natural ingredients for pets range brand “Green Pet” since year 2004.
