Job description
- Prepare a digital action plan (DE) and an annual action plan (Action Plan).
- Supervise the preparation of the project scope according to the annual action plan.
- Project Management and assess project risks Including proceeding to meet the goals
- Supervise and follow up on the work of the contractor (outsourced) in the information project. according to the goal
- Design, Supervision, Development and improve the digital technology system that provides both internal and external services outside the organization to be able to use it effectively
- Supervise and monitor the operation of the contractor (outsourced) in maintaining the digital technology system to ensure continuous and efficient service.
- Manage and gather suggestions for improving digital technology systems from key users and outsources.
- Consulting on digital system development including problem solving and supporting the use of the system to users
- Manage, plan, control and supervise resources and budgets. Including the overall cost of the segment. in order to achieve maximum value and benefits
- Controlling, monitoring and evaluating subordinates in the department. To build morale and develop the potential to be able to perform duties with maximum efficiency.
- Give advice, teaching work, and transfer knowledge to subordinates in order to be adapted for the benefit of working with maximum efficiency
- Organize training or provide knowledge on digital technology to executives and employees.
- Improving the working system and applying best practices to work
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Aged from 38 years of age and not more than 50 years of age.
- Having educational qualifications not lower than a bachelor's degree in computer science computer engineering information technology computer science
- Having at least 15 years of working experience in system development and management of digital technology projects in the field of Application Development and having experience in system design, system testing, control and project management of digital technology systems (Project Management) in the field of Application Development 5 years low
