Job description
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival
- Carry out registration process for current and new customers.
- Provide the basic information of service and provide escort service for investigation
- Handle call center service, customer complaint and service recovery
- Support health care activities and PR/Marketing events
- Inform guest about additional treatment pricing and get signature from guest
- Coordinate with hotel accounting about billing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Liberal Arts or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years working experience in Service/Hospitality industry will be advantage
- Good personality and well-groomed
- Effective communicator and team player
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude
- Good problem solving and coordination skills
- Good command of English
