Job description
- Check available rooms to be ready for waiting for customers to inspect and accept the room.
- Deliver the work before transferring the ownership of the condominium. and follow up on defect correction work for customers and the transfer department
- Coordinate receiving information Repair notification from juristic persons and customers
- Inspect defects at the job site to find out the cause and estimate the time to fix the job.
- Supervise, plan and control the repair work to be on time and meet the quality standards specified.
- Coordinate with contractors and relevant agencies to correct the work.
- Analyze the problem Find a method or solution for repair work. and systematic problems
- Always follow the progress of the repair work.
- Check the completeness and test after fixing the repair work.
- Have the ability to talk to customers to make customers satisfied
- Supervise and manage repair reports to meet KPI
- Supervise and manage daily documents, compiled into a Weekly Report, a report every week.

Qualifications
- Age 30-35 years old, Education Vocational - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic
