Job description
- Implementation of marketing plans to present products, campaigns in various advertising and public relations media. to attract target customers to visit the project
- Coordinating the request for purchase and/or request for employment Preparing relevant documents such as contracts and inspecting goods and services
- Collect and analyze data from target customers. to develop or modify campaigns; and public relations media for the most effective
- Work Instruction about customer and competitor information
- Explore competitor information for use in planning or modify the plan
- Presenting new creative approaches to promote image/identity good for the organization and build trust with customers
- recruiting advertising media new releases to expand the target customer base and develop a presentation method
- Promote corporate culture in line with the vision mission and values of the organization.
- Take care and manage assets and company resources
- Develop the process of making advertising media. and regularly publicized
- Prepare and improve the document system related to the department to be in line with reality at all times.
- Offer developments within the department that empower them to work more efficiently.
Qualifications
- No gender restriction, age not over 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 4 - 5 years of experience in real estate marketing low-rise project
- knowledgeable in technology creative, enthusiastic
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
