Job description

  • Propose new product for brand according to marketing plan
  • Work with L&D department, R&D, Factory and other related parties to identify new product line in context to the market trends, customer interests and necessities.
  • Work with Operations, Purchasing, Finance and related teams to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plan and launch of new product on time.
  • Develop promotional strategy in conjunction with the new product launching.
  • Make sure training program for new product is implemented proper and on-time
  • Prepare marketing calendar and create promotion campaigns proposal and execute it effectively.
  • Monitor promotional campaigns and evaluate results.
  • Prepare memo to all concern regarding promotional campaigns and ensure our staff follows accordingly.
  • Coordinate with operations department to brief marketing promotional mechanics.
  • Coordinating with IT department by sending price look-up code (PLU) to setup POS system for front stores.
  • Monitor sales performance and results.
  • Prepare analyzed reports to support team for weekly presentation.
  • Contact and implement co-promotion marketing campaigns with relevant partnerships in order to build a stronger brand awareness and reach a wider target market.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain a good relationship with all relevant partners
  • Create and execute a successful customer loyalty Program.
  • Prepare local store marketing campaigns proposal and execute promotion in a timely manner.
  • Integrate the needs of the stores and customers to define and support LSM tactics.
  • Contact landlords to leverage the impact of promotional campaigns in and around store's areas.
  • Lead, implement and roll-out LSM tool kit and evaluate the result of each LSM tool kit.
  • Assess consequences of LSM programs and customer development programs to ensure it complements the overall marketing plan.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the programs with a cross-functional team to ensure the success of programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
  • Work with Finance and Purchasing teams to conduct value analysis and ensure favorable
  • COG ratio to sales through cost improvement projects. Continue competitor and pricing
  • Analysis to position our product at a competitive and appealing price to customers.
  • Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.

Qualifications

  • Male of female age not over 40 years
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Education: bachelor's degree in any related fields.
  • At least 3 years in corporate communications, online communications or related field
