Job description
- Support and investigate issues on C4 Sale Cloud and CPQ Module.
- Support to raise issue OR/DR/CR on S4 FICO, MM, SD,CS Module to L2 support.
- Support Form change requests on Local applications (Wolf, Share point, BI Tools, master data)
- Support/Monitor and Develop the PRA tasks.
- Support data and report requests from business.
- Create user manual and advise users to fix problem themselves.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field (new graduate is welcome)
- Male or Female, age between 22 - 35 years old, Thai nationality only.
- Experience in Information Technology is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good interpersonal, service mind and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive thinking and professional attitude.
- **Good command in English.**
