Job description
- Troubleshoot Hardware, Software, Network
- Install Windows Office programs and other programs.
- Install computers, programs, peripherals for users in the area of Hardware Network programs.
- Understand the workings of computers, printers, monitors, power backup devices.
- Remote Install and fix various software problems. to users
- Wiring LAN, CCTV, and viewing basic network systems
- Analyze problems that occur with usage, answer questions, or give advice.
- Record details of assigned work. or that have been edited on a daily basis into the specified record or system
- Follow up on various problems that occur with the use of users. To improve the organization so that it can effectively support the problems and needs of users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science.
- Experience & Knowledge of computer software & hardware, LAN
- Good human relation and communication skills
- Having service mind.
