Job description
- Check the accuracy of engine or machine data. before being sent into the insurance system and in accordance with the standards and the rules of the insurance system specified by CATERPILLAR
- Check the details of the damage that occurs to the engine or machine. and check the correctness of spare parts before submitting for approval Login to the insurance system
- Analyze and find the cause together with the field technician. Service center agency and engine or machinery bay in the factory to develop it according to the standards set
- Report the cause of engine and machinery damage and manage paperwork. to operate Related to submitting a claim, such as photographs of machinery, etc.
- Enumerate details about the list of spare parts, labor costs, details of other expenses. In addition to the list of spare parts CAT that will request to submit a claim with CATERPILLAR
- Check the approved WORK ORDER to be in accordance with the rules of the insurance system. to comply with regulations set by CATERPILLAR
- Perform other tasks As assigned
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields
- able to learn the system quickly Able to follow new technologies and solutions very well
- Able to speak, read and write English well
- High responsibility Have good human relations
- Good computer skills and basic programs such as Microsoft
- Working at Metro CAT Assembly and Repair Center, Bangna-Trad km.20, Bangplee, Samutprakarn
- Can go out to work Able to inspect other provinces (for example, on-site inspections at mines and projects)
