Job description

  • Support/Installation/Maintenance and manage IT infrastructure, file server, PC’s and Laptops, copy machine, printer, access control, server room, IT peripherals, telephone and mobile devices and any IT equipments.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and questions.
  • Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
  • Train and instruct users on the use of IT equipments and systems so that the users can effectively perform their jobs.
  • To prepare and control all IT Fixed Assets for example purchase the PC, Notebook for new staff, provide the IT Fixed Asset report to accounting.
  • Purchasing and Outsourcing control (IT related & Office Supplies).
  • Research and recommend new solutions to improve the IT operations.
  • Other assignments by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related field
  • New graduate is welcome.
  • At least 2 years works experienced in IT support, Network system and System administration etc., is a plus
  • Knowledge into Microsoft O365 services and application
  • Knowledge into basic networking and systems trouble
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS environments.
  • Able to work in agile environment.
  • Able to manage and solve problems with a good attitude.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Fast learner and good attitude
