Job description
- Troubleshoot and Repair software and Hardware relate incidents reported
- Support printer and network related issue reported by clien members in the office and Branch
- Manage Service request and icident reported
- Escalate issues to next level and coordinate resolution.
Qualifications
- Thai Naitionality
- Bechelor'S Degree in Computer Science or related files.
- 0 - 2 years past working experience.and welcome new gaduated.
- able to solve the information technology problem such as Hardware,software,Operating system,Netwrok Connection,LAN WAN,Printer
- Must be able to Identify and troubleshoot Hardware and Software
- Should have strong Knowledge In Windows OS,Office Application,Mail Client
- Proactive,Self-Motivted,,fast learner,service mind,srong team player and able to work under pressure in the multinational working environment.
- Winlingness ot learn more about IT.
