Job description
- Handling sleeves orders for Asia customers by coordinating with regional sales offices on order receiving, Order Confirmation, Delivery Schedule, and L/C, as well as production unit (Europe, Middle-East, China) and working internally with the logistics team and planners on sleeves readiness including coordinating with pre-print department on design handling.
- Internally checking with responsible staff on Letter of Credit conditions and responsively dealing with regional sales offices if a Letter of Credit amendment is required.
- Supporting regional sales offices upon queries such as design status, air freight inquiry, and status of documents.
- Playing a key role as a member of the sleeves delivery core process to ensure that sleeves are delivered as per the customer's requirement.
- Besides functional works, effective responses, and service offerings to customers must be enhanced to gain customer trust as a reliable supplier and establish long-term business relationships.
- Preparing and analyzing weekly sales reports.
- Participating in the implementation of existing standards, procedures, and policies, and monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with all.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in the major of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Professional Experience of at least 5 years in customer service and/or sales admin.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Letter of Credit or international trade.
- Good English communication.
- Mature in customer interaction.
- Well self-organized and planning.
- Service-minded.
- MS Office & SAP (advantage).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and good teamwork
- Familiar with shipping documents and multimodal transport is an advantage.
