Job description
- Being responsible for all utilities maintenance & facilities as well as project management related to building & site activities to meet regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Ensuring all machine, utilities & facilities work are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Preserving the good condition of infrastructure as well as ensuring the facilities are safe and well-functioning.
- Developing and performing maintenance strategies to make it in line with site manufacturing roadmap & strategic plan.
- Setting up maintenance action plan, handling and developing as well as measuring performance tracking.
- Overseeing routine maintenance on facilities as well as planning and coordinating all installations as well as refurbishments, including scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs, just in case.
- Rolling out and deploying equipment maintenance standards, procedures, work instructions to ensure the follow actions meet the highest level of global standards.
- Handling on the optimization of the area usage, equipment and reducing operating cost. Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility.
- Reviewing utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs as well handling plant energy management & sustainability projects covering energy, gas, water savings, recycling and renewable projects.
- Ensuring the delivery of optimum reliability and cost performance for both technical engineering system and other facilities management.
- Supervising all utilities maintenance & facilities team both in house staff and external contractors as well as developing and managing vendor contracts.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering and related.
- Minimum 10 year experience covering function of Maintenance / Engineering /Facilities & Utilities Management or relevant role with solid experience in managerial position.
- Been experience from MNC food or FMCG manufacturing with solid knowledge in technical engineering and facility management.
- Solid skills & knowledge of manufacturing building general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities & utilities management.
- Mature with strong people management skills and must be able to manage an operation team.
- High agility, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills with negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Good English communication is a Must
- Must be able to be based at Pakchong – Korat.
