Job description
- Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with clients.
- Organizing and attending client meetings, ensuring all commitments are met and reports are completed accurately.
- Evaluating project scopes and devising engineering solutions that meet company standards and client requirements.
- Overseeing capital projects from planning to budgeting, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans and capital project pipelines based on proposed solutions.
- Supervising repair and maintenance tasks carried out by technicians.
- Enhancing vendor management practices by assessing technical capabilities, verifying scopes of work, and managing pricing.
- Acting as the main point of contact for managing office building facilities on behalf of clients.
- Presenting reports confidently in English during client meetings and presentations.
- Having strong knowledge of soft service and hard service experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of four years of related experience or training is needed.
- Familiarity with business law, contracting principles, and regulatory compliance required.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles is necessary.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Capable of handling sensitive issues effectively.
- Responsible for setting deadlines for work units and projects.
