Job description
- Negotiate a contract with a new trader or Business owner to rent space in MaxValu Supermarket.
- Coordinate with business owners
- analyze and to explore economic trends and competitors
- Plan long-term and medium-term work to comply with Company's policies and performance goals
- Summarize information for executive reports
- Organize meetings and manage subordinates to to work efficiently
- Working Hour and days : 9:00-18:45 / Mon-Fri *Flexible
Qualifications
- Age 30 Years up
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3 years experience in negotiating, and negotiating contracts for rental space in retail business or department stores
- Have a relationship with many businessment
- Good Looking
- Good communication in English
- Drive a private car to out site work
