Job description
- Planning and executing on production to produce artwork to promote our concerts and music festivals.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary equipment, services, and permits to promote our events.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and targets.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication.
- On concerts and music festivals, manage and oversee internal and external teams, including photo shooting, video shooting, and drone shooting, to capture moments to promote our next event.
- Provide administrative support to the admin team, including finance documentation such as invoices, tax invoices, reimbursements, etc.
- Manage and maintain our data storage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a producer in a production house, TV program, or online content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by concerts and music festivals.
