Job description
- Participate in the full development life cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery, support and maintenance
- Collaborate with customer and onsite/offshore team to do thorough impact analysis and to provide solutions accordingly
- Collaborating with Client and offshore team.
- Track and publish status report and conduct meeting with both team members and senior stakeholders
- Ensure a motivated and harmoniously team working
- Establish and Manage end to end E-Commerce project life cycle
- Able to Identify new business opportunities & to develop trusted advisor relationships with client senior management.
- Prepare and present the weekly status report, monthly report on incident & problem management, optimization plan of the services & performance management.
- Provide Key relationship inputs for forecasting and business planning
- Takes complete ownership of the eCommerce portfolio including managing all stakeholder
- Co-ordinate and work with all support and horizontal team within the organization and 3rd party service provider to meet the project expectation.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing end to end eCommerce application implementation
- Should have end to end knowledge of an application not limited to Application Design, Application & Deployment Architecture
- Agile Certified PM experience in eCommerce application development and implementation
- At least 10 years of Project Management experience
- Able to evaluate and contribute /add value to the technical discussion
- PMP Certified, preferred
- Experience of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project development
- Experience in usage of project management tools like Jira
