Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and drive revenue growth by developing and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
- Initiate and lead Ecommerce + IT project and process excellence projects. Project scope related but not limited to productivity improvement, cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and customer experience improvement.
- Understand website and mobile application technology and work closely with designers and developers to ensure UX/Ui design align with business objectives and friendly with SEO/ASO.
- Plan and set up processes with related with IT and technology for new business launching and business expansion. Responsible for monitoring and driving KPIs to targets.
- Interface between IT and Ecommerce team to translate business requirement into action.
- Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Information management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, Business analyst or e-commerce process management or any related.
- Experienced in e-commerce, Omni channel, Social commerce process development.
- Able to adapt to retail e-Commerce business directions and retail culture.
- Ability to Travel to the Dohome Headquarters in Bang Phun, Pathum Thani : Applicants must be able to commute to the headquarters located in Bang Phun, Pathum Thani, conveniently on a daily basis.
