Job description
- Monitored and handled on Human Resources Recruitment process and related documents.
- Analyze human resources data and make recommendations to management
- Prepare reports of data results including weekly and monthly report
- Partner with both the various senior manager and internal HR community.
- Establishing candidate resource platform including Headhunter, Outsourcing agent, university and other channels.
- Work with recruitment and outsourcing agent agencies on selected assignments.
- Supporting the implementation of regional and global HR project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years and above of experience in Recruitment or Talent Requisition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good at logical thinking with can-do attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in English and Chines
