Job description
- Check payment documents and accounting records
- Check the monthly tax filing report and reconcile with GL.
- Record debt and pay creditors.
- Prepare details for the financial statements.
- Prepare a property register with depreciation calculation Reconciliation of bank deposits
- Details of trade and other payables reconciling with GL
- Details of outstanding payments reconciling with GL
- Details of other receivables reconciling with GL
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Age 27-35 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 1 year of working experience in payroll accounting
- Hotel accounting experience will be an advantage.
- Able to use Express program.
