Job description
- ดูแลบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้
- รับวางบิลและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการวางบิล
- จัดทำเอกสารการแจ้งหนี้เรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้า
- ปิดงบกระทบยอดลูกหนี้, กระทบบัญชีเงินฝาก
- ติดตามหนี้คงค้างเกินกำหนดระยะเวลา
- บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้
- สรุปรายงานยอดลูกหนี้ และยืนยันยอดลูกหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (ภพ.30)
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีทั้งฝั่งเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้ อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการปิดงบ กระทบยอด จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ แม่นยำ และรักษาความลับได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปได้ดี (Express)
- สามารถใช้ Ms.Office ได้ โดยเฉพาะ Excel
