Job description
- Performing daily accounting operations of the e-commerce platform in part of the collection, payment, settlement, refund processing and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with both internal and external parties such as business teams, and payment gateway partners to create a smooth consumer journey in the e-commerce platform.
- Recording money collection, reconciling accounts receivable and recording expenses related to collection to ensure all collection transactions are properly posted in the system.
- Analyzing business performance and preparing management reports.
- Handling document management in company-provided systems.
- Providing accounting support and handling assigned tasks upon request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Experience in accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) with good skills in reconciliation.
- Experience in online e-commerce business is a plus.
- Good analytical skills, good communication skills, problem-solving, logical thinking, high adaptability, dependability, high commitment and responsibility.
- Can-do Attitude. Ability to work under pressure environment that requires productivity with accuracy within limited timeline and resources.
- Good proficiency in Excel (Tools to manage large data such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, sum, etc.).
- Good command of English.
