Job description
- รายงานร้านค้าที่รายวัน/รายเดือน/รายไตรมาส
- วางบิล-ตัดรับชำระ
- บันทึก Accrued ค่าคอมมิชชั่น
- จัดทำ Report Commission
- นำส่งรายงานยอดขายช่องทางการขายต่างๆ
- นำส่งรายงานภาษีให้ GL
- จัดทำเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงินเต็มรูปแบบ และจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า กรณีที่ต้องการแก้ไข
- บันทึก ยอดขายในโปแกรม NAV
- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน
Qualifications
- อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 - 2 ปีในด้านบัญชีทั่วไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในบัญชีลูกหนี้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบัญชีทั่วไป โปรแกรมบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี, เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย, มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน, มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี, ทำงานเชิงรุกได้
