Job description
- Issuing sales tax invoices Charge water-electricity bills, cold storage rentals for affiliates
- Cut off debt payments in the Winspeed system
- Prepare the EXIM file and send it to the finance department for further work.
- Prepare customer payment information file and forward to the finance department
- Check outstanding receivables Summarize sales sent to the marketing department. to follow up with customers every Monday
- Make a summary file confirm IC
- Rebate summary file
- Record debt INVOICE such as transportation costs and other export expenses
- Save commissions/commissions
- Submit documents to set up DDP to GL so that GL can set up monthly expenses.
- Submit the tax invoice document to the GL department for GL Prepare the next purchase tax report
- Photocopy and bring the actual dress to the paying side
- Document storage
Qualifications
- High Vocational Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting work experience 1 year or more
- Have a good understanding of the use of Microsoft Office.
