Job description
- Checking the completeness of construction drawings and material requirements for price estimation.
- Defining the form of the price estimation list table.
- Preparing a list of estimates for construction recommendations according to drawings and material requirements.
- Checking the preparation of a list of estimates, and construction recommendations according to drawings and material requirements.
- Summarizing the results of preparing a list of estimates for construction recommendations according to the drawings and material requirements.
- Meeting with Projects and Contractors to summarize the amount of construction work in the contract price according to drawings and material specifications.
- Being responsible for the summary of meeting results with Projects and Contractors to summarize the amount of construction work in the contract price according to drawings and material specifications
- Surveying the amount of construction work and preparing a report on the survey results of the construction work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in mid-price estimation (Single house/condominium) for 6 years or more.
- If you have worked with a securities company before, you will be given special consideration.
- Ability to use basic computer programs well.
- Have planning and assignment skills.
- Good communication skills.
