Job description
- Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following the company’s strategy and client’s request.
- Controlling all production process (plastic injection processing), and the schedule of each production.
- Preparing and monitoring the production control plan.
- Checking machine conditions and controlling production power.
- Analysing the trouble and problem of production and setting PDCA to prevent those problems.
- Managing and training subordinates in the production team.
- Handling 5S activities.
- Other worked by assigned by Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 6-10 years of experience in Injection Engineering in the automotive industry or manufacturing.
- Good English communication, if Chinese communication would be an advantage.
