Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Communication Planning: Develop and execute marketing communication plans to build and maintain consistent brand awareness among customers.
- Consumer Behavior Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior to understand their needs, purchasing patterns, and satisfaction, then use these insights to develop product strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Plan and execute strategies to build strong relationships with customers.
- Budget Planning and Management: Plan budgets and manage marketing operations to control costs and stay within allocated budgets.
- Brand Building: Create and implement strategies to grow brand recognition and market share.
- Product Strategy Development: Develop and execute product marketing strategies and activities in line with customer needs and market trends to achieve business goals.
- Sales and Market Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to enhance product sales strategies.
- Marketing Activity Management: Plan and implement marketing events and activities to achieve set goals.
- New Product Development: Develop new products to create continuous marketing opportunities and meet customer demands.
- Business and Marketing Plan Development: Create and implement business and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Age: 30 - 45 years old
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Entrepreneurship
- Experience: At least 5-10 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the retail business is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, with a positive attitude, creativity, and leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others Benefits
