Job description
- Initiate marketing programs to deliver company's business goals
- Review and revise marketing programs to ensure the results.
- Set up sales forecast and promotion target for each month promotions.
- Develop business plan/ marketing strategy/ marketing calendar/ new product development
- Maintain a good working relationship and coordination with relevant teams to ensure that the marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, predict causes that affect performance, and provide the attractive promotion campaign to raise sales volume.
- Provide Marketing related Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report to Managing Director.
- Responsible for pre & post analysis of all marketing activities report to GM and Operations Team.
- Handle and manage Product Mix database.
- Monitor Marketing budget on a monthly basis.
- Analyze market and competitors to ensure proactive activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 10-year online/offline marketing experience in food retail and wholesale industry.
- Strong drive for result and leadership.
- Good management skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Possess a positive attitude, good analytical skills.
- Able to travel domestic and oversea.
- Proficiency in English.
- Five-day work week
