Job description
- Observe Mitsubishi product quality problem in Thai market via SNS, Genba activity at dealership and Global Product Quality Report
- Investigate a vehicle problem on site
- Write “Product Quality Report” and feedback to manufacturers
- Coordinate and follow-up with related parties for countermeasure
- Establish “Temporary Field Fix” in order to resolve product quality problem
- Issue a technical information article to enhance technician’s knowledge
Qualifications
- Interested in Automotive industry especially xEVs
- Bachelor degree in Automotive or Electrical field (Automotive Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering etc.)
- Able to diagnose and troubleshooting on vehicle
- Logical thinking is necessary
- Superb presentation and storytelling skill
- Good communication in English is must
- Having driving license
- Able to traveling in upcountry alone
